This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the sheriff's warrant unit or the issuing court directly.
Where Cocke County Questions Go
Choose the office that issued the process or holds the record. A clerk can explain a court docket; the Sheriff can address service or custody.

Ask the issuing clerk whether a capias, warrant, or summons is still active and what court step follows. Then ask the Sheriff about service or custody separately. The site does not arrange appearances, accept payments, or confirm personal warrant status.
